Grainwork is operated by JMB JOINERY & BUILDING SERVICES LTD, 82 Windsor Square, Penicuik, Scotland, EH26 8ET, United Kingdom. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

We sell white-label, free-standing desk, workspace and maker products — organisers, monitor risers, cable kits, stationery and craft sets. All prices are in USD.

We do not take on, quote, subcontract or collect payment for any joinery, installation, fitting, carpentry or construction work. We do not sell raw timber, structural parts, furniture bodies or anything requiring on-site fitting. Nothing on this site is professional building, structural or joinery advice.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable item pricing; shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. Membership pricing and perks apply only to active members for the current period.

Maker and Workshop memberships are recurring shopping-benefit subscriptions billed in USD. They are not a stored balance, credit pack or points scheme. You can cancel any time; benefits continue to the end of the paid period and do not roll over. See Membership.

Load-bearing items (risers, stands, book stands) state a maximum load and are free-standing platforms for stable placement, not wall or structural mounts. Craft kits may contain a hot glue gun, sharp tools or small parts and carry safety and age notices. You are responsible for following the product instructions and safety notices, including adult supervision where indicated. See Acceptable Use.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you agree to Stripe's processing of your payment. Your full card number is handled by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Statement descriptor: GRAINWORK.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

The store is not for children under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have guardian consent to order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.

Site content and product designs are plain, geometric or original. We do not use, and you may not upload, third-party logos, characters, sports, film, game or celebrity marks or other protected artwork. See our Content License.

We provide the store with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of a product against its instructions or safety notices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
