How long does delivery take?+

Kits ship worldwide. Standard delivery typically arrives in 5–10 business days depending on destination; tracking is emailed once your order ships. See the Shipping & Delivery policy for full detail.

Can I return a kit?+

Unused, unopened and resaleable items can be returned within 30 days (extended for Maker and Workshop members). For hygiene reasons, opened craft consumables such as clay, glue, fabric and beads are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except for quality faults. See the Refund & Return policy.

Are the risers and stands safe to load?+

Load-bearing items state a maximum load on the product page. They are free-standing desktop platforms for stable placement — not wall or structural mounts. Stay within the stated load and keep the platform level.

Do you do joinery, fitting or installation?+

No. Grainwork only sells free-standing desk and craft goods. We do not take on, quote or subcontract any joinery, installation, fitting or construction work.

How does membership billing work?+

Membership is a shopping-benefit subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD. It is not a credit pack or stored balance. Cancel any time; benefits run to the end of the paid period and do not roll over.

How is my payment handled?+

Payments and the customer portal are handled by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches Grainwork servers.
